Last Friday I had my first crochet lesson with my good friend Pat. I was surprised that I picked it up in a matter of 15 minutes! So I crocheted my first hat. Then after was all said and done realized that half way through I had crochet backwards! But I went with it, and it gave the hat a nice little texture. Hopefully in the near future I can make the correct pattern, but I'm proud that I faced my crochet fears! Now I'll have to buy some crochet needle at Stitches West this weekend.
